• Offer samples and make product recommendations
• Handle cashier duties (POS system, cash, card payments)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the serving area at all times
• Restock gelato, cones, toppings, and other supplies
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
