Operations Manager | Parlour Gelato

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the pre-opening and launch of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to build operations from the ground up and shape the guest experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and oversee the food service operations of cafeteria
  • Lead & supervise a team of F&B staff & Serve scooping Gelato to customers
  • Accountable for food cost management, menu planning as well as the development and creation of new products needs
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve daily and monthly targets
  • Oversee venue equipment and facilities management / maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections on the general cleanliness and maintenance of the venue and take corrective action as and when necessary
  • Set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, product preparation, Hygiene cleanliness & daily operations
  • Implement cafe Inventory system for own outlet and perform central ordering system.
  • Schedule of roster & perform paperwork duties 
  • Analyse Point of Sales (POS) reports and sales trends, recommend and implement cost control stock planning
  • Interview, onboard, and train the New staff  to ensure operational readiness
  • Coordinate with Marketing on launch plans, promotional activities, and opening events
