As this is a new store opening, the Operations Manager will play a critical role in the pre-opening and launch phase of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and oversee the food service operations of cafeteria
Lead & supervise a team of F&B staff & Serve scooping Gelato to customers
Accountable for food cost management, menu planning as well as the development and creation of new products needs
Develop and execute plans to achieve daily and monthly targets
Oversee venue equipment and facilities management / maintenance
Conduct regular inspections on the general cleanliness and maintenance of the venue and take corrective action as and when necessary
Set up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, product preparation, Hygiene cleanliness & daily operations
Implement cafe Inventory system for own outlet and perform central ordering system.
Schedule of roster & perform paperwork duties
Analyse Point of Sales (POS) reports and sales trends, recommend and implement cost control stock planning
Interview, onboard, and train the New staff to ensure operational readiness
Coordinate with Marketing on launch plans, promotional activities, and opening events
