We are looking for Captain & Supervisor positions for this new concept.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests
Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations on pastries, desserts, and beverages
Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable dining environment
Handle guest feedback with empathy, ownership, and professionalism
Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness
For Supervisor roles:
Oversee section operations and ensure team alignment during service
Coach junior team members and uphold service standards
Assist in managing reservations, guest flow, and floor coordination
