We are launching a new café concept in the heart of Orchard Road, created in partnership with Tiffany & Co. and led by Chef Julien Royer.

Conceived at the intersection of hospitality and luxury, the space is an expression of modern elegance—where refined craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail define every touchpoint. Designed as a destination as much as a place to dine, the experience is elevated yet effortless, offering guests a moment of quiet indulgence within a distinctive retail setting.

We are currently seeking Captains and Supervisors to be part of this exciting new opening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests
  • Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations on pastries, desserts, and beverages
  • Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistency and grace under pressure
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable dining environment
  • Handle guest feedback with empathy, ownership, and professionalism
  • Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness

For Supervisor roles:

  • Oversee section operations and ensure team alignment during service
  • Coach junior team members and uphold service standards
  • Assist in managing reservations, guest flow, and floor coordination
