We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Parlour Gelato. Responsible for supporting daily business operations across HR, finance coordination, and office administration.
Keep a record of monthly payroll and coordinate with Cabin Financial services to ensure timely accurate payroll, CPF contributions etc.
Assist and manage job postings and interview scheduling
Assist with new hire contracts and oversee new hire onboarding
Update and maintain employee records, leave management, and staff benefits
Work with Cabin on AP/AR to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments are made &/or payments are in
