Supervisor | Parlour Gelato

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Supervisor to support the daily running of our gelato outlet. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Manager, lead a service team on the floor, and grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise day-to-day food service operations and lead the team on shift
• Serve and scoop gelato to customers, setting the standard for guest experience on the floor
• Support the Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
• Execute and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, product preparation, hygiene, cleanliness and daily operations
• Conduct opening, closing and shift handover checks to ensure smooth running of the outlet
• Monitor stock levels, perform daily inventory counts and raise orders through the central ordering system
• Assist with cost control by managing portioning, wastage and shift-level food cost
• Oversee cleanliness, equipment condition and facilities upkeep during shift; escalate maintenance issues promptly
• Support roster execution and complete shift-related paperwork
• Train and coach new and existing staff on service standards, product knowledge and SOPs
• Provide on-the-ground feedback on POS reports, sales trends and customer response to the Manager
